I’ve been passionate about real estate since before I was old enough to actually sell or list a home! I was born and raised in Moraga, and formally began my real estate career in 2001 after I realized that I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Since then, I’ve crafted my career and created relationships that lead me to the same conclusion: I absolutely love what I do!
Show MoreThis summer my husband and I worked with Linnette to stage, market and sell our home in Oakland. I would recommend Linnette to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the East Bay. She’s so easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable in the market, knows everyone, has strong relationships and reputation with other brokers, and knows how to navigate through sticky and complex situations. Plus, she’s just fun to work with! Selling a home can be complicated and exhausting, and I would trust Linnette over anyone else to do it again. Thank you, Linnette and Abio for your amazing guidance and partnership. We could not have been happier.
Linnette and her amazing team recently helped us sell our Emeryville condo for a record-breaking price for the area. They are very professional while also being very warm and accommodating. Selling a home can be stressful, but Linnette’s consulting was invaluable, and her team made the whole process very easy and efficient. We were particularly impressed with their marketing – really top-notch, modern, and appealing to tech-savvy buyers. We got our own website, and the professional photos looked amazing. If you’re looking to sell in the East Bay, look no further than Linnette and her team. You will not be disappointed!
We were lucky to get Linnette to help us purchase our first home in Berkeley. The market was super competitive but she was very helpful and in not just showing homes but giving honest analysis and insight into the different neighborhoods. She very accurate estimates of what it would take to actually to get an offer accepted and the true resale value of the house. We also felt that she had our best interests in mind and wouldn’t let us overpay for a property that just wasn’t worth it.
I can’t say enough good things about Linnette Edwards and her team!
To the new seller:
If you are selling a car, what is the worst you could do in the deal? What would the best be? Well magnify the best times 90,000.00 and that is what Linnette and her team did for me! There is no better.
True story:
I was regaling a friend of mine with the story of my home-sale and she said “you have a guardian angle.” I replied “I do, her name is Linnette Edwards!”
I had the pleasure of working with Linnette and her awesome team last summer to sell my home in Pleasanton. I found her on Yelp and was so happy I did. I have worked with many Agents over the years buying and selling homes and can say she is the best. She is an expert in her field who will come into the process and guide you on how to get top dollar for your home and if you are smart you will take her advice. She comes to you not just as an Agent, but as CEO of a team of experts in real estate marketing, construction, staging etc. My home was part of a cookie cutter development with modest upgrades and it sold for more than any other comparable unit in the 20 year development history! Yes, higher than the housing boom of 2006 and higher than any other comps at that time and even 6 months later. The numbers speak for themselves, thank you Yelp, Tammy and Linnette for being rock stars at what you do!
Linnette was a dream to work with. Knowledgeable, proactive, and patient. My husband and I were shopping for our first home, entirely new to the process. Linnette went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and conversant with real estate terminology and cadence. She always had our best interest in mind- gently pushing us to think critically and thoughtfully about what we truly wanted in a home. I am particularly demanding and hypercritical when making a big decision, but Linnette was accommodating and patiently indulged me as we contacted her multiple times a week for months on end. My husband and I were diligent about our search- averaging between 7-9 open houses a weekend. Linnette was always highly responsive to our perpetual texts and emails and always provided her expert opinion and wisdom. She was our guiding light and we would have been absolutely lost without her! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up!
